Upon arrival, viewers are immediately captivated by a modern double front door, unique cedar trim, and bold dark colors. The exterior showcases Cypress siding and black roofing. A thin-cut, natural stone veneer placed around the covered front porch incorporates the rustic mountain setting. Inside the home, the natural lighting provides a bright and crisp space that compliments the recessed lighting and hickory engineered flooring. The living room boasts a reclaimed accent mantle, true steel beams, and a vaulted ceiling. The area provides an ideal space for entertaining on cooler evenings with a full steel gas fireplace. The kitchen and dining area are visible from the living room and were custom-designed to reflect the homeowner’s passion for cooking. The kitchen harbors a double-thick island top, stunning quartz countertops, a six-burner oven, steel hood, and a full custom quartz backsplash...perfect for an aspiring chef. The master bedroom, complete with a deck access and full bath, provides the homeowner with a private getaway. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink with a quartz countertop and a full glass steam shower. Each of the two guest rooms are fit for a queen-sized bed. This master bath reflects the owner's love of old glamorous hotels with a fresh modern take. Cabinets are custom designed in a blue glossy lacquered finish with a 6" quartz countertop. Gold Faucets and cabinet pulls add a luxurious accent. Tiles in shower and on vanity wall are a mod interpretation of black and white marble with an inset of a giraffe print on the shower wall.

This crisp and clean bathroom renovation boost bright white herringbone wall tile with a delicate matte black accent along the chair rail. the floors plan a leading roll with their unique pattern and the vanity adds warmth with its rich blue green color tone and is full of unique storage.

Tub alcove in a master bedroom/bathroom addition to a historic home. Cement tile picks up blue and green tones from the reclaimed painted flooring and raw clear pine on the ceiling, and the reclaimed longleaf pine floors tie the addition to the rest of the house. A custom-painted clawfoot tub completes the space and serves as a focal point to the bathroom.

The double vanity has upper cabinets that separate the two sinks and gives much needed storage. The toilet area is reflected in the mirror.

What this master bathroom lacks in size our clients made sure to make up for in finish. The dark blue cabinet with touches of gold make for a stunning end result.

The heavily paneled honey stained door with bronze hardware and crystal knob provide entry into this Italian Country inspired powder room. Ivory plaster walls serve as a backdrop to the traditional painting depicting the Italian countryside. Tucked below the arched ceiling detail is a custom vanity wearing a distressed and glazed blue stain. The exposed hinges and bronze cabinet pulls give Old World charm as does the wood top, which is stained to match the room’s door and moldings. Above the wood top sits an additional top made of durable Quartzite. The metal sink, polished nickel faucet and Venetian mirror and sparkle. The toilet in biscuit is by Kohler.
