Old world meets new world in this tasteful and charming bathroom renovation. Nods to the property's heritage were achieved via the use of traditional federation-style patterned floor tiles and wood panelled walls while modernity was achieved via the use of sophistaced and muted white, grey and blue tones.

This large ensuite was designed to be spacious and practical. It features a large double basin vanity with a granite top, beautiful old English style chrome tap-ware and re-furbished old timber slabs to make shelf. It also features a walk-in open double shower with a central niche and built-in corner seat and hand-held combination shower rose on either end.

This traditional home in Villanova features Carrera marble and wood accents throughout, giving it a classic European feel. We completely renovated this house, updating the exterior, five bathrooms, kitchen, foyer, and great room. We really enjoyed creating a wine and cellar and building a separate home office, in-law apartment, and pool house. In this guest bathroom Medallion Cabinetry in the Maple Bella Biscotti Door Style Vanity with Cambria Montgomery Quartz countertop with 4” high backsplash was installed. The vanity is accented with Amerock Blackrock pulls and knobs. The shower tile is 8” HexArt Deco Turquoise Hexagon Matte tile for the back shower wall and back of the niche. The shower walls and niche sides feature 4”x16” Ice White Glossy subway tile. Cardinal Shower Heavy Swing Door. Coordinating 8” HexArt Turquoise 8” Hexagon Matte Porcelain tile for the bath floor. The utilization of Heath tile in the South Bathroom with a Jonathan Adler mirror and custom rosewood vanity adds a bit of character while maintaining a minimalist approach. Accents include marble countertop with knife-edge detail and Dornbracht fixtures.

Downstairs Cloakroom Indigo blue encaustic tiles with bold, statement wallpaper and a vintage freestanding washstand.
