The extra long white shower curtain from Restoration Hardware and shower rod gives height to the small bathroom and takes the feeling of ducking out of the equation. Storage for TP, hand towels, and all other bathroom necessities are stored in the espresso vanity with legs. The legs give the space a lighter and more airy feel. So, let’s talk powder room, shall we? The powder room at #flipmagnolia was a new addition to the house. Before renovations took place, the powder room was a pantry. This house is about 1,300 square feet. So a large pantry didn’t fit within our design plan. Instead, we decided to eliminate the pantry and transform it into a much-needed powder room. And the end result was amazing!

Guest Bathroom got a major upgrade with a custom furniture grade vanity cabinet with water resistant varnish wood top, copper vessel sink, hand made iron sconces.

This farmhouse bathroom is perfect for the whole family. The shower/tub combo has its own built-in 3 shelf cubby. An antique buffet was converted to a vanity with a drop in sink. It also has a ton of storage for the whole family.

The clients were looking to transform their master bathroom into a space that didn't feel like it was in a basement. Our solution was to slightly tweak the floor plan, open up the shower, add some additional lighting, and relocate some ductwork.

When Barry Miller of Simply Baths, Inc. was contacted to transform this outdated bath, the vision was clear: add some aging-in-place amenities but not to the detriment of style. The outcome? A classic beauty with a furniture-style vanity and a green marble mosaic accenting simple white walls. The brushed nickel details add a traditional touch, while the soothing green palette is complimented by the marble counters and wall color. A new comfort-height toilet, handheld shower and grab bars add the needed safety features without taking center stage. The bathroom is all-together graceful and lovely.
