This future rental property has been completely refurbished with a newly constructed extension. Bespoke joinery, lighting design and colour scheme were carefully thought out to create a sense of space and elegant simplicity to appeal to a wide range of future tenants. A few years ago we completed the kitchen renovation on this wonderfully maintained Arts and Crafts home, dating back to the 1930’s. Naturally, we were very pleased to be entrusted with the client’s vision for the renovation of the main bathroom, which was to remain true to its origins, yet encompassing modern touches of today. This was achieved with patterned floor tiles and a pedestal basin. The client selected beautiful tapware from Perrin and Rowe to complement the period. The frameless shower screen, freestanding bath plus the ceramic white wall tile provides an open, bright “feel” we are all looking for in our bathrooms today. Our client also had a passion for Art Deco and personally designed a Shaving Cabinet which Impala created from blackwood veneer. The clients wish list consisted of creating a bright, fresh & glamorous master bathroom oasis, that maximized on storage and provided a separate make-up / hair styling nook. The emphasis of the design was based on creating a custom vanity that reflected a glitz & glam flare, while addressing the unusual linear spatial layout. The colour palette incorporated a mixture of carrara marble, white, grey and hints of blush pink. The statement was made through the floral wallpaper backdrop and the custom geometric wall roman shades.

Rénovation totale d'un appartement de 140 m². L'enjeu ici a été de ne pas dénaturer l'esprit du lieu, habité par les clients depuis 30 ans, tout en rénovant complétement leur appartement. Parquet dans les pièces à vivre au lieu du carrelage daté, carreaux de grandes dimensions dans la cuisine, travail sur l'éclairage, rénovation de l'entrée, des pièces d'eau, des dressings, de la buanderie. L’agencement sur mesure, que nous avons proposé, dans toutes ces pièces a permis une optimisation des espaces, dans un souci constant de recherche d'une harmonie globale.
