Style Within Limited
We created this en-suite by installing a partition at the end of an attic room. Note 800mm quadrant shower to make good use of limited space. We also opened out part of the eaves to provide additional space.

Solid Rock Custom Homes
This 3/4 bathroom was designed to be a statement for guests who come to the home. A bright red glass vessel sink with a bronze spout faucet sit on top of a vintage furniture piece that was modified to house the plumbing. The tiles are a brick red color in a hexagon shape on the floor, and vertical rectangle in the shower. The shower pan is a black pebble to tie in the earthy elements of this room. The backsplash is a black glass mosaic tile with its mirror inlaid into it, the tiles act as a frame around the mirror. Two decorative glass pendant lights were hung for an added statement.

This compact bathroom has direct access to the outdoor pool and guest bedroom. Although this space is very compact it has big style! By taking the vanity backsplash up to the ceiling it tricks the eye into feeling like this room is much higher. The mix of sky blue subway tile, iridescent glass, ivory quartz and chrome finishes carry the pool theme inside.

The wall between the toilet and tub was removed. A new soaker tub replaced the old tub. A short wall, surfaced with the same quartz on the tub side, was made to separate the tub and toilet.

The owners of this Victorian terrace were recently retired and wanted to update their home so that they could continue to live there well into their retirement, so much of the work was focused on future proofing and making rooms more functional and accessible for them. We replaced the kitchen and bathroom, updated the bedroom and redecorated the rest of the house.
