Designed to stay clutter free, the shower features a built in recessed niche & a large bench seat, to organize the homeowners shower products. The two person shower outfitted with 3 showering components, encourages shared time. Showering configurations invite the owners to enjoy personalized spa settings together, including a ceiling mounted rain shower head, & a multi- functional shower head and handheld with a pivot for precise positioning. Vertical wall tiles mixed with blue glass mosaic tiles create visual interest. The pebble floor not only feels amazing underfoot but adds an unexpected twist to this modern downtown retreat.

Michael Merrill Design Studio remodeled this contemporary bathroom using organic elements - including a shaved pebble floor, linen textured vinyl wall covering, and a watery green wall tile. Here the cantilevered vanity is veneered in a rich walnut.

This contemporary bathroom features a unique split shower bath. There is open access from the white drop-in bathtub and the semi closed-in shower on the other side. A glass panel is all that separates the two. The top half of the walls have a traditional sea-green porcelain tiles and the bottom half features a more contemporary beige matted tiles. The flooring of the semi closed-in shower is made up of smooth stones, which is great for comfort. Helpful built-in shelving is on the shower side to hold all necessary items while a smooth ledge was added to the bathtub for the same purpose.

Pebbles on the floor offer a natural foot message. Dramatic details; glass wall tile, stone door hardware, wall mounted faucet, glass vessel sink, textured wallpaper, and the bubble ceiling fixture blend together for this striking oasis.

After completing their gorgeous Asian style kitchen remodel in 2017, these homeowners tackled their master bath with walk-in shower and closet. The vertical grained melamine cabinetry in "Silver Elm" by Ultracraft is highlighted with a variety of glass and pebble tiles and leathered limestone counters.

This residence had been recently remodeled, with the exception of two of the bathrooms. Michael Merrill Design Studio enlarged the downstairs bathroom, which now has a spa-like atmosphere. It serves pool guests as well as house guests. Over-scaled tile floors and architectural glass tiled walls impart a dramatic modernity to the space. Note the polished stainless steel ledge in the shower niche. A German lacquered vanity and a Jack Lenor Larsen roman shade complete the space. Upstairs, the bathroom has a much more organic feel, using a shaved pebble floor, linen textured vinyl wall covering, and a watery green wall tile. Here the vanity is veneered in a rich walnut. This bathroom was re-designed to create a separate water closet, large vanity with dual sinks and a custom shower. Glass, porcelain and pebble come together to create a soothing atmosphere for a steam shower after working out. The bench below the window is capped in the same quartz used in the vanity counter top. Body sprays and dual rain-head fixtures create a luxurious two-person shower space.
