Black and tan are such an elegant color palette. It was a perfect finishing touch for this masculine 3/4 bathroom remodel. We modified this 1950's bathroom to allow entry from 2 rooms. Since we were working with a narrow, slim space we were limited for sink counter depth. The option was to use a very narrow wall mount sink, 12" max or have something custom made. In the long run, the custom counter was the way to go. This allows a lot of counter space and storage and still leaves plenty of access to the shower.

This its a guest bathroom to savor your time in. The vast shower enclosure begs to be lingered within for hours! A pair of closets and element of a previous bathroom formed this large jack and jill bath. We featured a 3-dimensional wave wall tile at an oversize format of 13” x 40”. Brushed fantasy white stone with heavy grey veining, wraps the shower seating and countertop.

Überall wo ihr Auge hinblickt sehen sie diese zwei Materialien. KONSEQUENT! Es beginnt mit der Tür in das WC in Zirbelkiefer, der Boden in Schiefer, die Decke in Zirbelkiefer mit umlaufender LED-Beleuchtung, die Wände in Kombination Zirbelkiefer und Schiefer, das Fenster und die schräge Nebentüre in Zirbelkiefer, der Waschtisch in Zirbelkiefer mit flächiger Schiebetüre übergehend in ein Korpus in Korpus verschachtelter Handtuchschrank in Zirbelkiefer, der Spiegelschrank in Zirbelkiefer. Die Rückseite der Waschtischwand ebenfalls Schiefer mit flächigem Wandspiegel mit Zirbelkiefer-Ablage und integrierter Bildhängeschiene. The Master Shower has a custom tile wall in large format ceramic, with a small blue honeycomb tile accent to match the floor and backsplash. The floating vanity has a lowered makeup counter. A transom window over the toilet lets in some natural light while maintaining privacy. The floor is ceramic tile with Ditra Heat.

This master bath is in a home built in the 1930's. A previous owner had added onto the home to create this space, but my client wanted to put his own personality into the space. We wanted it to be neutral, soft taupe gray porcelain tiles were used on the floor and 4 x 12 hand made looking tiles were used on the walls Leathered black Anthracite stone was used for the counters, shower threshold and bench. In order for the bath to feel warm, walnut floating vanity cabinets and mirrors were used. Then for a splash of color we accented with this gorgeous teal.
