Dans cet appartement familial de 150 m², l’objectif était de rénover l’ensemble des pièces pour les rendre fonctionnelles et chaleureuses, en associant des matériaux naturels à une palette de couleurs harmonieuses. Dans la cuisine et le salon, nous avons misé sur du bois clair naturel marié avec des tons pastel et des meubles tendance. De nombreux rangements sur mesure ont été réalisés dans les couloirs pour optimiser tous les espaces disponibles. Le papier peint à motifs fait écho aux lignes arrondies de la porte verrière réalisée sur mesure. Dans les chambres, on retrouve des couleurs chaudes qui renforcent l’esprit vacances de l’appartement. Les salles de bain et la buanderie sont également dans des tons de vert naturel associés à du bois brut. La robinetterie noire, toute en contraste, apporte une touche de modernité. Un appartement où il fait bon vivre !

A destra della doccia la nicchia della lavatrice e asciugatrice nascoste da un armadio a muro con anta scorrevole realizzato su disegno dell'architetto. L'anta è scorrevole e scorre davanti alla doccia. Il pavimento è di due colori diversi per motivi di sicurezza: il piccolo scalino di 6 cm non poteva essere eliminato per motivi strutturali, pertanto è stato deciso di differenziare nettamente le due zone al fine di evitare di inciampare. Tutti i mobili di questo bagno sono stati realizzati su disegno dell'architetta e dipinti con smalto decor di Kerakoll Design, in uno dei colori della nuova collezione.

A master bathroom with a beautifully unique and lavish design. The ultra-wide rain shower was completed with frameless glass doors, an arched accent shower niche, and mosaic marble tile for the niche, shower bench, and floors. To complement the marble’s subtle green coloring, we added a vanity with marble countertops and cabinets custom painted in a rich green color. Dominierendes Element im Raum ist der Naturstein aus Sollnhofner Marmor. In Verbindung mit heimischem Nussholz, dem weißen Lehmputz, den farbigen Schiebetüren vor dem Stauraum und dem Beleuchtungskonzept für schattenfreie Ausleuchtung, entstand ein warmes und modernes Bad, das alle relevanten Funktionen auf kleinem Raum vereint.

Il bagno di servizio del progetto IN.TRO è caratterizzato dal mobile progettato su misura e pensato per contenere al suo interno una lettiera per i gatti di casa. I due fori sulla parte frontale sono difatti l'ingresso e l'uscita per i piccoli e simpatici protagonisti di casa. Da questa simmetria si è poi deciso di disporre il doppio lavabo da appoggio, le rubinetterie nere che riprendono il doppio specchio e la doppia illuminazione a rafforzano il concetto di simmetria rispetto al mobile. Tutto il resto del bagno è caratterizzato dall'utilizzo di gres porcellanato con un andamento fintamente irregolare e geometrico. I diversi colori (verde menta, bianco e marrone), caratterizzano le diverse pareti e le diverse funzioni contenute nel bagno, come la doccia. Il pavimento è in marmo di recupero, esso vieni difatti smontato dall'ingresso di casa e riutilizzato in questo contesto.
