This Art Deco themed family bathroom is very generous. A free standing bath below the window and a large black framed walk in shower combined with a striking geometric washable flooring and some gold accents create a luxurious atmosphere
Mon Concept Habitation
Les propriétaires ont voulu créer une atmosphère poétique et raffinée. Le contraste des couleurs apporte lumière et caractère à cet appartement. Nous avons rénové tous les éléments d'origine de l'appartement.
Pearl Remodeling
We upgraded this 380 sq. Koreatown condo with a modern style and features. To begin with, the kitchen has new semi-glossy beige/green flat panel cabinets. We installed premium quality Bosch appliances including an electric stovetop, range hood, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a beautiful stone countertop, deep stainless steel sink, matte black faucet, and bar countertop. The bedroom/living room space of the condo received a new fresh coat of paint, base modeling, a new rectangular Milgard window, and a new ductless A/C. The gorgeous bathroom received a major upgrade with a large LED mirror vanity, a floating wood vanity, stone countertop with a deep drop-in sink. For the bathroom, we installed a high-tech one-piece toilet, a new shower enclosure with 3/8 tempered glass, a dual shower head system with a waterfall head and handheld sprayer, a custom shower niche, and beautiful stone tiles. We installed 15 recessed lights, replaced the 100 AMP sub panel, new circuits, 20 outlets, and new exhaust vents.

Luscious Bathroom in Storrington, West Sussex
A luscious green bathroom design is complemented by matt black accents and unique platform for a feature bath.
The Brief
The aim of this project was to transform a former bedroom into a contemporary family bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and freestanding bath.
This Storrington client had some strong design ideas, favouring a green theme with contemporary additions to modernise the space.
Storage was also a key design element. To help minimise clutter and create space for decorative items an inventive solution was required.
Design Elements
The design utilises some key desirables from the client as well as some clever suggestions from our bathroom designer Martin.
The green theme has been deployed spectacularly, with metro tiles utilised as a strong accent within the shower area and multiple storage niches. All other walls make use of neutral matt white tiles at half height, with William Morris wallpaper used as a leafy and natural addition to the space.
A freestanding bath has been placed central to the window as a focal point. The bathing area is raised to create separation within the room, and three pendant lights fitted above help to create a relaxing ambience for bathing.
Special Inclusions
Storage was an important part of the design.
A wall hung storage unit has been chosen in a Fjord Green Gloss finish, which works well with green tiling and the wallpaper choice. Elsewhere plenty of storage niches feature within the room. These add storage for everyday essentials, decorative items, and conceal items the client may not want on display.
A sizeable walk-in shower was also required as part of the renovation, with designer Martin opting for a Crosswater enclosure in a matt black finish. The matt black finish teams well with other accents in the room like the Vado brassware and Eastbrook towel rail.
Project Highlight
The platformed bathing area is a great highlight of this family bathroom space.
It delivers upon the freestanding bath requirement of the brief, with soothing lighting additions that elevate the design. Wood-effect porcelain floor tiling adds an additional natural element to this renovation.
The End Result
The end result is a complete transformation from the former bedroom that utilised this space.
The client and our designer Martin have combined multiple great finishes and design ideas to create a dramatic and contemporary, yet functional, family bathroom space.

Construct Melbourne
A sentimental project stitching together past and present in a rustic yet contemporary coastal transformation.
A cherished coastal abode that has been passed on from generation to generation in Portsea, Victoria celebrates the original elements of the structure while adding naturally sophisticated features for a unified coastal transformation. Portsea project is a joyous marriage of natural elements – light-filled, spacious, and stunning.
The previous structure was modest and worn and in need of an injection of new life. Paying homage to the sentimental elements that the family remembers fondly, this coastal renovation and restoration preserve the home’s original character and charm while accommodating the growing needs of their family for years to come.
The black ceiling rail creates a striking contrast that is carried to the exterior of the home as seen through custom iron balustrades skirting the outdoor merbau deck overlooking the leafy green premises, while natural light penetrates all aspects of the interior.
A minimal selection of original Tasmanian Oak timber floorboards, oyster limestone in a Tuscan rubble and neutral palette of colours and textures for a natural, contemporary breath of life. Timber cladding in the main living area and sporadic antique pendants featured throughout continue the curious story behind this beloved home.
This cabin-esque coastal retreat effortlessly moves between the exterior and interior as the floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the boundary between the indoors and the surrounding elements.
