A refresh for a Berlin Altbau bathroom. Our design features soft sage green wall tile laid in a straight set pattern with white and grey circle patterned floor tiles and accents. We closed off one door way to make this bathroom more spacious and give more privacy to the previously adjoining room. Even though all the plumbing locations stayed in the same place, this space went through a great transformation resulting in a relaxing and calm bathroom. The modern fixtures include a “Dusch-WC” (shower toilet) from Tece that saves the space of installing both a toilet and a bidet and this model uses a hot water intake instead of an internal heater which is better for the budget and uses no electricity.

This galley style bathroom was completely ripped out and stripped back to make into a wet room. Joists were repaired and floor raised, complete with under floor heating. All plumbing re-done. Ceiling dropped and walls re-plastered. Für das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss musste eine Wand weichen und eine weitere versetzt werden. So entstand eine Fläche die optimal als Bad genutzt werden kann. Das Badezimmer besticht in dunkel gehaltenen Grün-Tönen im Zusammenspiel mit einem durchgehenden Unterschrank aus Eiche. Die Fronten mit einer filigranen Rahmung sorgen für die nötige Eleganz.

The client was looking for a highly practical and clean-looking modernisation of this en-suite shower room. We opted to clad the entire room in wet wall shower panelling to give it the practicality the client was after. The subtle matt sage green was ideal for making the room look clean and modern, while the marble feature wall gave it a real sense of luxury. High quality cabinetry and shower fittings provided the perfect finish for this wonderful en-suite.

The beautiful emerald tile really makes this remodel pop! For this project, we started with a new deep soaking tub, shower niche, and Latricrete Hydro-Ban waterproofing. The finishes included emerald green subway tile, Kohler Brass fixtures, and a Kohler sliding shower door. We finished up with a few final touches to the mirror, lighting, and towel rods.

The ensuite bathroom needed a complete overhaul. The shower space was too small so the toilet was relocated into the eaves to allow for a full walk-in shower. A double vanity unit was installed to complete the space. The calming green was carried through from the master bedroom creating a fabulous new retreat.

Il bagno principale ha il pavimento in grandi lastre di pietra grigia che prosegue sul bordo della vasca e sulla parete di fondo, le altre pareti sono rivestite con piccole piastrelle 10 x 10 cm. di un colore verde scuro che molto bene si lega al grigio. La pietra prosegue poi nel piano del lavandino creato su misura su cui poggia un lavandino a bacinella.
