This is the bathroom post makeover. The claw foot tub is painted in Little Greene paint Company colour Puck. The plants are all from a local nursery called Wheelers of Turnham Green. The plates on the wall are from RHS Chelsea and the glass bottles on the window sill are antique collections from eBay UK and independent retailers.

Photography by Eduard Hueber / archphoto North and south exposures in this 3000 square foot loft in Tribeca allowed us to line the south facing wall with two guest bedrooms and a 900 sf master suite. The trapezoid shaped plan creates an exaggerated perspective as one looks through the main living space space to the kitchen. The ceilings and columns are stripped to bring the industrial space back to its most elemental state. The blackened steel canopy and blackened steel doors were designed to complement the raw wood and wrought iron columns of the stripped space. Salvaged materials such as reclaimed barn wood for the counters and reclaimed marble slabs in the master bathroom were used to enhance the industrial feel of the space.

Some say the key to a happy marriage is a double vanity. In the previous layout Amy and her husband shared a small vanity with two sinks that left almost no usable counter space. In the new design we added a separate vanity under the window for him and now Amy has plenty of counter space on her own vanity. Sconce lighting for her means optimal lighting for applying makeup too. photo by Myndi Pressly

The master bath went from dated and drab to stunning and serene featuring His and Hers vanities, a double-sized walk-in shower with beautiful tile work, custom bench seating and dual shower heads, along with gorgeous flooring, and a luxurious soaking tub.

Open wooden shelves, white vessel sink, waterway faucet, and floor to ceiling green glass mosaic tiles were chosen to truly make a design statement in the powder room.

Replaced toilet and tile, refaced vanity, reglazed sinks, and painted the walls emerald green of this 1984 Pink Master Bath.

This laundry room / powder room combo has Medallion Dana Pointe flat panel vanity in Maplewood finished in Dockside stain. The countertop is Calacutta Ultra Quartz with a Kohler undermount rectangle sink. A Toto comfort height elongated toilet in Cotton finish. Moen Genta collection in Black includes towel ring, toilet paper holder and lavatory lever. On the floor is Daltile 4x8” Brickwork porcelain tile.

Stunning stylized tulip patterned wall paper true to the Arts and Craft period is backdrop to antique oak chest converted into a sink vanity. Slate top with vessel sink and wall mounted facets are incorporated. Bamboo floors add to the organic and nature like persona.
