Our clients wanted a speakeasy vibe for their basement as they love to entertain. We achieved this look/feel with the dark moody paint color matched with the brick accent tile and beams. The clients have a big family, love to host and also have friends and family from out of town! The guest bedroom and bathroom was also a must for this space - they wanted their family and friends to have a beautiful and comforting stay with everything they would need! With the bathroom we did the shower with beautiful white subway tile. The fun LED mirror makes a statement with the custom vanity and fixtures that give it a pop. We installed the laundry machine and dryer in this space as well with some floating shelves. There is a booth seating and lounge area plus the seating at the bar area that gives this basement plenty of space to gather, eat, play games or cozy up! The home bar is great for any gathering and the added bedroom and bathroom make this the basement the perfect space!

Armstrong Alterna Marble Gray Mist

An old tile whirlpool tub was removed and a cultured marble shower was installed. There was enough room left to make a space for the washer and dryer as well. It's really a beautiful transformation. Shannon Flickinger

Matching roman shade and shower curtain were designed with Fabricut Trend fabrics.

This clients master bedroom never had doors leading into the master bathroom. We removed the original arch and added these beautiful custom barn doors Which have a rustic teal finish with Kona glaze, they really set the stage as you’re entering this spa like remodeled restroom.

This powder room is Waypoint 410F Painted Linen vanity with Cambria Kendal quartz countertop. A Kohler Forte brushed nickel faucet and Kohler Hendrik brushed nickel mirror, Kohler Caxton oval white sink. The flooring is Mannington Audra Max plank, Sonoma Cask.

The guest bathroom has a 36" high vanity with plenty of storage. The flooring from the hallway continue into the bathroom which eliminates threshold and floor changes making it easy for someone in a wheelchair to move in and out of each room. The door is 36" wide, and includes a pocket door allowing for wheelchair access. The toilet is comfort height, sitting at 18" high surrounded by grab bars.

A Barclay Mystique 59” tub in white. A Custom Semi-frameless bypass Platinum Riviera Euro shower door. The tile in the shower is Moroccan Concrete 12x24 off white for the shower walls; Cultura Pebble Mosaic – Autumn for the shower floor and niches. An LED Trulux light with 3 zone touch plate for the shower ledge was installed. A heated towel bar. A Moen Eva 3 Bulb light in brushed nickel. On the floor is Mannington Swiss Oak-Almond luxury vinyl tile.
