wanting a luxury hotel feel to this bathroom, large porcelain slabs in a marbled green were chosen. Gold fish scale tiles add to the glamour and a dimmable Tala bulb hangs above the bath. A large window next to the bath makes the most of the privacy and natural surroundings. The double sink with storage below makes this a practical space also.

A look into the primary bathroom. We designed the floor plan such that the free standing tub would be centered with in the window bay. The hallway behind us is centered on the tub and windows, an leads back into the bedroom where a rear bay window is centered, as well. The client choose to have wall tile added in the glass walk in shower. The blue contrasts with the yellow, reds and browns found in the floor tile. We used the same granite counter material and color that is used in the kitchen. We continued with the walls being painted a soft green color, to provide a sense of peace.

This custom vanity is the perfect balance of the white marble and porcelain tile used in this large master restroom. The crystal and chrome sconces set the stage for the beauty to be appreciated in this spa-like space. The soft green walls complements the green veining in the marble backsplash, and is subtle with the quartz countertop.

Glamorous Spa Bath. Dual vanities give both clients their own space with lots of storage. One vanity attaches to the tub with some open display and a little lift up door the tub deck extends into which is a great place to tuck away all the tub supplies and toiletries. On the other side of the tub is a recessed linen cabinet that hides a tv inside on a hinged arm so that when the client soaks for therapy in the tub they can enjoy watching tv. On the other side of the bathroom is the shower and toilet room. The shower is large with a corner seat and hand shower and a soap niche. Little touches like a slab cap on the top of the curb, seat and inside the niche look great but will also help with cleaning by eliminating the grout joints. Extra storage over the toilet is very convenient. But the favorite items of the client are all the sparkles including the beveled mirror pieces at the vanity cabinets, the mother of pearl large chandelier and sconces, the bits of glass and mirror in the countertops and a few crystal knobs and polished nickel touches. Projet de rénovation Home Staging pour le dernier étage d'un appartement à Villeurbanne laissé à l'abandon. Nous avons tout décloisonné afin de retrouver une belle lumière traversante et placé la salle de douche dans le fond, proche des évacuation. Seule l'arrivée d'eau a été caché sous le meuble bar qui sépare la pièce et crée un espace diner pour 3 personnes. Le tout dans un style doux et naturel avec un maximum de rangement !

This cool, masculine loft bathroom was so much fun to design. To maximise the space we designed a custom vanity unit to fit from wall to wall with mirror cut to match. Black framed, smoked grey glass perfectly frames the vanity area from the shower.
