A kitchen and bath remodel we worked on for this clients’ newly purchased home. The previously dated interior now showcases a refreshing, bright, and spacious design! The clients wanted to stick with traditional fixtures, but bring in doses of fun with color. The kitchen walls were removed to open the space to the living and dining rooms. We added colorful cabinetry and interesting tile to reflect the fun personality of this young family. In this bathroom, a Medallion Gold Providence Vanity with Classic Paint Irish Crème was installed with Zodiaq Portfolio London Sky Corian on the countertop and on top of the window seat. A regular rectangular undermount sink with Vesi widespread lavatory faucet in brushed nickel. A Cardinal shower with partition in clear glass with brushed nickel hardware. Mansfield Pro-fit Air Massage bath and Brizo Transitional Hydrati shower with h2Okinetic technology in brushed nickel. Kohler Cimarron comfort height toilet in white.

E-Design bathroom. Marble look porcelain done in a herringbone pattern. Wood-look porcelain on the floor. Vanity was Home Depot sourced, done in a grey with white quartz fabricated top.

SUBU Design Architecture was brought in to reimagine the space along with a team of professionals. Through a collective effort, this unique structure has been reorganize to fit a variety of lifestyles and commercial needs.

Our Cient was ready for a restroom remodel, (along with the rest of the house) so we started our renovation by selecting Calming and Cool colors of the ocean.....We also gave the homeowner a larger tub, for soaking and relaxing. The grey vanity was the perfect complement to the teal and white tile, and this little restroom remodel is a calming spa like oasis.

The guest bath was given a fresh look with light grey and natural oak floating vanities, new undermount double sinks, faucets, LED mirrors,"concrete" look feature wall tile and vinyl plank flooring.

Updating for aesthetics is one thing, but for function is a lot harder. You have to really think about who is using the space, how they are using it, and still make it look good. This bathroom is shared by two kids, and in the future an au pair. So there needed to be a lot of closed storage, which we had a custom built in to match the cost effective furniture vanity we sourced from Wayfair. Partnered with Landmark Remodeling and Pro Design Custom Cabinetry to make this a success.
