Another crazy transformation for us with this remodel. It used to be a coat closet with the tiniest toilet and pedestal sink on the other side. Knocking down the wall between the two gave us the real estate to create a nice linear shower and much more open toilet and vanity area. Perfect for right off the clients home office which can be used as an extra bedroom if needed. White beveled subway tile is married nicely with the black and white geometric tile and we think that'll be a relationship for life! The black industrial style shower system gives a nod to a more masculine vibe and the wall mounted faucet with the black vessel bowl sink and toilet is the ultimate touch!

Polished nickel shines on the hardware, faucets, and fixtures with subtle ribbing adding texture. The airy lightness of the primary bath is counterbalanced by the black metal framing around mirrors, light sconces, and shower doors.

A compact bathroom was updated with finishes honoring the historic home. Maximum storage is incorporated into the vanity. Inset mirrors help expand the brightness and feeling of space. Living un-lacquered brass fixtures are used through out the home to honor its vintage charm.

This prairie home tucked in the woods strikes a harmonious balance between modern efficiency and welcoming warmth. The master bath is adorned with captivating dark walnut tones and mesmerizing backlighting. A unique curved bathtub takes center stage, positioned to offer a tranquil view of the quiet woods outside, creating a space that encourages relaxation and rejuvenation. --- Project designed by Minneapolis interior design studio LiLu Interiors. A beautifully remodeled primary bathroom ensuite inspired by the homeowner’s European travels. This spacious bathroom was dated and had a cold cave like shower. The homeowner desired a beautiful space with a European feel, like the ones she discovered on her travels to Europe. She also wanted a privacy door separating the bathroom from her bedroom. The designer opened up the closed off shower by removing the soffit and dark cabinet next to the shower to add glass and let light in. Now the entire room is bright and airy with marble look porcelain tile throughout. The archway was added to frame in the under-mount tub. The double vanity in a soft gray paint and topped with Corian Quartz compliments the marble tile. The new chandelier along with the chrome fixtures add just the right amount of luxury to the room. Now when you come in from the bedroom you are enticed to come in and stay a while in this beautiful space.

Conçu et réalisé par notre agence lilloise, ce duplex de 200m² est situé dans le quartier de Wazemmes. Les propriétaires de l’appartement ont fait appel à nos services pour rénover le rez-de-chaussée comprenant l’entrée, la pièce à vivre, la cuisine ouverte sur le séjour et la salle de bain familiale située à l’étage. Tel un fil conducteur particulièrement bien pensé, le bois s’invite par touches à travers des menuiseries réalisées sur mesure par notre menuisier lillois : meuble TV, coins bureaux pour télétravailler, bibliothèque, claustras ou encore penderie avec banquette intégrée…Parallèlement à leur côté fonctionnel, elles apportent esthétisme et graphisme au projet. On aime la douceur de la palette de couleurs choisies par l’architecte d’intérieur : vert amande et beige rosé, qui s’harmonisent à la perfection avec le blanc et le bois pour créer une atmosphère particulièrement chaleureuse. Dans la cuisine, l’agencement en U ingénieusement pensé permet d’intégrer de multiples rangements tout en favorisant la circulation. Quant à la salle de bain, elle en ferait rêver plus d’un.e… Baignoire îlot, douche, double vasque, porte verrière coulissante, WC et même buanderie cachée ; tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails.

Whole House Remodel in a modern spanish meets california casual aesthetic.

This vintage inspired bathroom is the pinnacle of luxury with heated marble floors and its cast iron skirted tub as the focal point of the design. The custom built inset vanity is perfectly tailored to the space of this bathroom, done in a rich autumn glow color, fashioned from heritage cherrywood. The room is accented by fixtures that combined a classic antique look with modern functionality. The elegant simplicity of the vertical shiplap throughout the room adds visual space with its clean lines and timeless style.

A referral from an awesome client lead to this project that we paired with Tschida Construction. We did a complete gut and remodel of the kitchen and powder bathroom and the change was so impactful. We knew we couldn't leave the outdated fireplace and built-in area in the family room adjacent to the kitchen so we painted the golden oak cabinetry and updated the hardware and mantle. The staircase to the second floor was also an area the homeowners wanted to address so we removed the landing and turn and just made it a straight shoot with metal spindles and new flooring. The whole main floor got new flooring, paint, and lighting.
