Once upon a time, this bathroom featured the following: No entry door, with a master tub and vanities open to the master bedroom. Fading, outdated, 80's-style yellow oak cabinetry. A bulky hexagonal window with clear glass. No privacy. A carpeted floor. In a bathroom. It’s safe to say that none of these features were appreciated by our clients. Understandably. We knew we could help. ​ We changed the layout. The tub and the double shower are now enclosed behind frameless glass, a very practical and beautiful arrangement. The clean linear grain cabinetry in medium tone is accented beautifully by white countertops and stainless steel accessories. New lights, beautiful tile and glass mosaic bring this space into the 21st century. End result: a calm, light, modern bathroom for our client to enjoy.

La arquitectura moderna que introdujimos en la reforma del ático dúplex de diseño Vibar habla por sí sola. Desde luego, en este proyecto de interiorismo y decoración, el equipo de Molins Design afrontó distintos retos arquitectónicos. De entre todos los objetivos planteados para esta propuesta de diseño interior en Barcelona destacamos la optimización distributiva de toda la vivienda. En definitiva, lo que se pedía era convertir la casa en un hogar mucho más eficiente y práctico para sus propietarios.

Working with and alongside Award Winning Janey Butler Interiors, creating n elegant Main Bedroom En-Suite Bathroom / Wet Room with walk in open Fantini rain shower, created using stunning Italian Porcelain Tiles. With under floor heating and Lutron Lighting & heat exchange throughout the whole of the house . Powder coated radiators in a calming colour to compliment this interior. The double walk in shower area has been created using a stunning large format tile which has a wonderful soft vein running through its design. A complimenting stone effect large tile for the walls and floor. Large Egg Bath with floor lit low LED lighting. Brushed Stainelss Steel taps and fixtures throughout and a wall mounted toilet with wall mounted flush fitting flush. Double His and Her sink with wood veneer wall mounted cupboard with lots of storage and soft close cupboards and drawers. A beautiful relaxing room with calming colour tones and luxury design.

This universally designed cabinetry allows a wheelchair bound husband and his wife equal access to their master bath vanity.

Our client initially asked us to assist with selecting materials and designing a guest bath for their new Tucson home. Our scope of work progressively expanded into interior architecture and detailing, including the kitchen, baths, fireplaces, stair, custom millwork, doors, guardrails, and lighting for the residence – essentially everything except the furniture. The home is loosely defined by a series of thick, parallel walls supporting planar roof elements floating above the desert floor. Our approach was to not only reinforce the general intentions of the architecture but to more clearly articulate its meaning. We began by adopting a limited palette of desert neutrals, providing continuity to the uniquely differentiated spaces. Much of the detailing shares a common vocabulary, while numerous objects (such as the elements of the master bath – each operating on their own terms) coalesce comfortably in the rich compositional language. This modern primary bath is a study in texture and contrast. The textured porcelain walls behind the vanity and freestanding tub add interest and contrast with the window wall's dark charcoal cork wallpaper. Large format limestone floors contrast beautifully against the light wood vanity. The porcelain countertop waterfalls over the vanity front to add a touch of modern drama and the geometric light fixtures add a visual punch. The 70" tall, angled frame mirrors add height and draw the eye up to the 10' ceiling. The textural tile is repeated again in the horizontal shower niche to tie all areas of the bathroom together. The shower features dual shower heads and a rain shower, along with body sprays to ease tired muscles. The modern angled soaking tub and bidet toilet round of the luxury features in this showstopping primary bath.

Manuel Pinilla acomete la reforma integral de una vivienda en el barrio sevillano de Nervión. Se trata de una casa pareada de los años 60 del arquitecto Ricardo Espiau con ciertos rasgos regionalistas que se han mantenido a pesar de las intervenciones que ha sufrido con el tiempo, incluyendo un anexo añadido al fondo de la parcela. Pinilla decide redistribuir la planta alta para conseguir dos baños donde había uno y dejar el suelo de esta planta al mismo nivel eliminando los escalones existentes.
