An ADU that will be mostly used as a pool house. Large French doors with a good-sized awning window to act as a serving point from the interior kitchenette to the pool side. A slick modern concrete floor finish interior is ready to withstand the heavy traffic of kids playing and dragging in water from the pool. Vaulted ceilings with whitewashed cross beams provide a sensation of space. An oversized shower with a good size vanity will make sure any guest staying over will be able to enjoy a comfort of a 5-star hotel.

Para este proyecto teníamos un espacio reducido, nos decantamos por tonos claros en alicatado y solado, jugando con materiales como la madera y alicatado en relieve texturizado para crear una sensación de amplitud con un diseño moderno, los accesorios y grifería la hemos resaltado con el negro acabado mate, el espejo con iluminación led crea un entorno calmado aportando una luz de ambiente.

In this light and spacious her master bathroom Equilibrium Interior Design complimented honey-colored rift cut oak custom woodwork around vanity and make up with a natural wallcovering and beautiful honey onyx slabs in the floor mirroring the ceiling tray above.

Painted clothes line as a fun laundry room accent.

This maple vanity is lit underneath and by rope lighting under the Honey Onyx top.

These dual bathrooms share similar foot prints and similar sleek styles with Prairie Maple Wellborn Cabinets and Journey Onyx Collection shower surround and vanity top. The homeowners did a fantastic job in picking selections that made both bathrooms stand out on their own.

A large hallway close to the foyer was used to build the powder room. The lack of windows and natural lights called for the need of extra lighting and some "Wows". We chose a beautiful white onyx slab, added a 6"H skirt and underlit it with LED strip lights. Classic Mickey and Minnie hand painted on the wall for a fun accent in a bathroom.

This beautiful floating vanity is designed with a chrome metal detail, inset within the flat panel drawers, giving a modern take on the traditional shaker profile. We used an onyx slab as the shower back splash to give a dramatic impact within this Master Ensuite. Photographer: Janis Nicolay

The powder room successfully blends a variety of luscious finishes which convey a sophisticated contemporary ambiance to this room. The solid bamboo vessel sits onto a counter made of chocolate onyx. The customer vanity is veneered with bamboo while the walls are covered in a shimmery grasscloth material. Touches of copper complement our design scheme.

The cabana Bath come out great, very light and airy, very florida. the strip of river rock detail on the floor and shower wall also helps with non-slip issues.
