Freestanding bath tub with floor mounted fixtures and overflow drain. Tile stack houses plumbing for the shower.

The master bathroom has his and hers vanities with electrical outlets in the drawers. The walls, counters, shower walls and ceilings above tub & shower are marble slabs. The shower bench and countertops have a darker stone inlay. All the fixtures are from Waterworks and the lighting Currey and Company. The tub is custom made by Carver Tubs.

Details like the deco mosaic in the floor and the wainscot wrapped from shower to vanity splash make this master bath beautifully unique. Soft ivories and warm beige are soothing and serene for starting your day.

We are really pleased with how this has turned out. Everything has been replaced from the ceiling and lighting to the floor and Karndean flooring. Steve

Durch eine Komplettsanierung dieser Dachgeschoss-Maisonette mit 160m² entstand eine wundervoll stilsichere Lounge zum darin wohlfühlen. Bevor die neue Möblierung eingesetzt wurde, musste zuerst der Altbestand entsorgt werden. Weiters wurden die Sanitärsleitungen vollkommen erneuert, im oberen Teil der zweistöckigen Wohnung eine Sanitäranlage neu erstellt. Das Mobiliar, aus Häusern wie Minotti und Fendi zusammengetragen, unterliegt stets der naturalistischen Eleganz, die sich durch zahlreiche Gold- und Silberelemente aus der grün-beigen Farbgebung kennzeichnet.
