What a view of the Minneapolis skyline from the 2nd story! We put on a 3 story addition on the back of this home to maximize the view!

This "woman-of-the-house" master bath is a dream bathroom featuring exceptional coastal views! Who wouldn't love to soak in this gorgeous claw-foot tub?! The "Crema Marfil" marble floor, the large pillars, the steps up to the bath and the arched, lighted mirrors give the bathroom a Roman feel. Two separate vanities allow a space for washing up and an area for prepping hair and make-up. A separate water closet houses the toilet while a circular, marble shower provides an elegant showering experience.

Cabinets were moved up here from the master bathroom. Knobs were used on the doors and drawers. A linen cabinet with inverted doors was used. A natural cherry stain was selected and a black quartz countertop was used on top.

Primary bathroom remodel in 1920's home. We wanted the room to look like it belonged in the original design of the home. The homeowner wanted to add double vanities, but was concerned about retaining the windows (natural light) in the space. We added double sided mirrored cabinets to either side of the sinks that swing open to see yourself when standing at either sink. They also were concerned about having storage and light - all managed!

We collaborated with T.H.E. Remodel Group to define a space plan that opened up the existing hall bathroom and entered the neighboring bedroom. This space allowed us to double the size of the shower and added needed closet storage, two vanity sinks, custom cabinetry with storage and radiant heating. The client was fond of contemporary yet classic design, and we settled on classic Carrera marble for the countertops, with chrome accents. To give the bathroom a bit of contemporary punch we selected an unexpected Sombera yellow for the walls. To coordinate with the vanity, we chose for the master shower a gorgeous easy-care porcelain tile reminiscent of Carrera marble. This new generation tile is almost impossible to detect porcelain versus natural stone, but allows the homeowners to enjoy zero maintenance and easy clean up.
