Master bathroom remodeled, unique custom one-piece wall mounted vanity with white quartz

This master bathroom was in need of a fresh update. Combining rich walnut, dark charcoal chevron and porcelain calacutta provided the perfect mix of contrast and texture.

Our clients wanted to renovate and update their guest bathroom to be more appealing to guests and their gatherings. We decided to go dark and moody with a hint of rustic and a touch of glam. We picked white calacatta quartz to add a point of contrast against the charcoal vertical mosaic backdrop. Gold accents and a custom solid walnut vanity cabinet designed by Buck Wimberly at ULAH Interiors + Design add warmth to this modern design. Wall sconces, chandelier, and round mirror are by Arteriors. Charcoal grasscloth wallpaper is by Schumacher.

Mid century modern bathroom design. Mixing warm wood tones with a lot of white subway tile. We contrasted the subway tile by using black grout. This vanity is "floating" it has no legs and is actually mounted to the wall. Cambria in Brittanica Gold was the perfect choice for this vanity top. We love the movement it provides as well as the warm color. The tub was selected by the home owner, we referred to it as the "egg tub" as it reminded us of a hard boiled egg cut in half. Delta plumbing fixtures were used throughout. We added a lot of plants for a lively feel and to contrast against all of the white.

This small transitional bathroom has many features of larger master suite offering a lot of storage space - custom walnut shelves with easy access to the towels, large wall unit, Ikea Godmorgon vanity with spacious checker style walnut drawers. The pebble shaped wall mirror from West Elm together with linen looking tile on a walls and wood looking porcelain tile on a floor create an organic look. The third of the 3 bathrooms features a vanity similar to the first, with open storage below and a combination of drawers. This bathroom has a lighter wood-look ceramic tile floor and a dramatic black shower. The vaulted ceilings make the shorter space feel open and light, while the lower ceiling above the shower closes the space in to feel warm and cozy.
