A large, less restrictive space can sometimes be a challenge to remodel as the possibilities are truly unlimited. The goal was to create a functional and warm space that still felt open, clean and utilized the large space well. Custom glass panel cabinetry with sliding doors and a central drawer bank features ample storage and even multiple standard outlets inside. Vessel sinks sit atop the custom quartz counters that compliment the stone resin free standing bath. On the back side of the central wall is a walk in, from both sides, his and hers shower. Custom tile through out ties both sides of this large bath together. The shower features multiple niches.

Crowded Master Bathroom was impeding the sale of a magnificent water front property. As a result we transformed the bathroom in to a light and airy space that beckons any home owner to enter to a spa looking space with upscale fixtures and amenities. We offered our client contractor discounted pricing toward the purchase of all Bathroom Plumbing Fittings including the vessel tub, vanity and bathroom fixtures. Tiles were provided at deep discounted while sale prices. Vanity top, Saddles and other marble pieces were all custom fabricated in our shops and installed by our Renovation Expert Technicians.

Beautiful Zen Bathroom inspired by Japanese Wabi Sabi principles. Custom Ipe bench seat with a custom floating Koa bathroom vanity. Stunning 12 x 24 tiles from Walker Zanger cover the walls floor to ceiling. The floor is completely waterproofed and covered with Basalt stepping stones surrounded by river rock. Plain sliced black walnut and Calacatta Oro stone clad the master vanity. Basalt stone in various configurations finish the floor of the space and the walk-in shower. Demo all materials except for the tub. Replaced old water proofing with Schulter System water proofing. Large vanity area with custom mirrors & trim to match vanities. Removed walls for an open shower with 3 different types of tile. Finished with champagne bronze finishes on all plum products.
