The new vanity is outfitted with several drawers, even drawers below the sink. At each end of the vanity there are tall pantry cabinets acting as linen closets.

By removing the tall towers on both sides of the vanity and keeping the shelves open below, we were able to work with the existing vanity. It was refinished and received a marble top and backsplash as well as new sinks and faucets. We used a long, wide mirror to keep the face feeling as bright and light as possible and to reflect the pretty view from the window above the freestanding tub.

Loved working with this client who went from a 1980's bathroom to a contemporary, sophisticated, yet fun bathroom. Black granite countertop, "Zebra" tile flooring, black hardware, light oak cabinet, freestanding soaking tub, the gorgeous pendant makes for a spa-like retreat.

The existing powder room was outdated. It had not been changed since the home was built 30 years. We designed the room to flow with the contemporary feel of the surrounding spaces and furnishings. To update the powder bathroom, we chose a stainless steel vessel sink centered in the bamboo cabinet the wall was tiled in honed marble carved in a contemporary “stream” design. An illusion of height was created by running the tile vertically in contrast to the horizontal grain of the caramelized bamboo cabinetry. The mirror was framed in limestone and glass mosaics and flanked by iron wall sconces.

Custom mirrors float down from the edge lit reverse cove ceiling in polished nickel with integrated warm LED lighting. The two person shower features body sprays, hand showers and rain showers and a door for quick access to the pool. The large soaking tub has a 50" tv recessed into the opposite wall, visible from the shower. The custom walnut vanity floats between walls with concealed mirrored niches with power, and views of the reflecting infinity pool to the harbor beyond. , white Calacatta Carrara marble, art deco inspired frosted glass sconces, and a large deco mirrors with custom walnut flat front cabinetry and a frameless glass shower with a teak bench.
