A couple in Nashotah wanted to reconfigure their outdated master bathroom. The end result is a gorgeous master bath with a spa-like glass shower, dual vanity, private toilet room and plenty of storage. The highlights of the space include contemporary white cabinets, quartz counters, a porcelain tile floor, Kohler fixtures and a marble/glass backsplash. The luxurious shower features a Kohler digital showering system, rainhead, body sprays & steam generator! The old space had a large soaker tub and awkward layout. The bathroom is now accessed through a new doorway, the closet door was moved to the hall, and the layout was changed to better fit their needs.

In the ensuite bathroom, a pair of frameless mirrors hang above a handsome double vanity, a lavish hinged glass enclosure with convenient built in bench, and freestanding tub prove that this bright and glamorous master bath was designed to pamper. The real showstopper is the dramatic mosaic backsplash, intricate and stunning, full of texture and screaming sophistication. Creamy neutral toned floor tile, laid in a herringbone pattern, classic subway shower wall tile, crisp quartz countertop and posh hardware create the ultimate retreat. This guest bathroom remodel embodies a bold and modern vision. The floor dazzles with sleek black hexagon tiles, perfectly complementing the matching shower soap niche. Adding a touch of timeless elegance, the shower accent wall features white picket ceramic tiles, while a freestanding rectangular tub graces the space, enclosed partially by a chic glass panel. Black fixtures adorn both the shower and faucet, introducing a striking contrast. Even though they are small spaces, it still presents an amazing opportunity to showcase your design style! Our clients requested a modern and sleek customized look. With this in mind, we were able to give them special features like a wall mounted faucet, a mosaic tile accent wall, and a custom vanity. One of the challenges that comes with this design are the additional plumbing features. We even went a step ahead an installed a seamless access wall panel in the room behind the space with access to all the pipes. This way their beautiful accent wall will never be compromised if they ever need to access the pipes.

In this Fort Worth guest bathroom remodeling project, a harmonious blend of sophistication and modernity takes center stage. The vanity showcases light grey shaker cabinets adorned with brushed gold hardware, harmonizing beautifully with the white quartz countertop and an under-mount sink, all elegantly reflected in the gold-rimmed vanity mirror. The shower area boasts a captivating navy-colored circle-shaped mosaic tile for its feature wall, enhanced by a matching soap niche, a rain shower head, and a partial glass enclosure. Crisp white walls create an airy ambiance, while the light faux wood-planked floor tiles introduce a touch of natural warmth. This remodel encapsulates the perfect fusion of style and functionality, crafting a welcoming and contemporary guest bathroom in Fort Worth.

Built in 1998, the 2,800 sq ft house was lacking the charm and amenities that the location justified. The idea was to give it a "Hawaiiana" plantation feel. Exterior renovations include staining the tile roof and exposing the rafters by removing the stucco soffits and adding brackets. Smooth stucco combined with wood siding, expanded rear Lanais, a sweeping spiral staircase, detailed columns, balustrade, all new doors, windows and shutters help achieve the desired effect. On the pool level, reclaiming crawl space added 317 sq ft. for an additional bedroom suite, and a new pool bathroom was added. On the main level vaulted ceilings opened up the great room, kitchen, and master suite. Two small bedrooms were combined into a fourth suite and an office was added. Traditional built-in cabinetry and moldings complete the look.
