It will have a well designed floor plan and beautiful details to create everyday astonishment. Life in the city can be both fulfilling and delightful mixed with natural materials and a touch of glamour.

From the outside this one of a kind modern farmhouse home is set off by the contrasting materials of the Shou Sugi Ban Siding, exposed douglas fir accents and steel metal roof while the inside boasts a clean lined modern aesthetic equipped with a wood fired pizza oven. Through the design and planning phases of this home we developed a simple form that could be both beautiful and every efficient. This home is ready to be net zero with the future addition of renewable resource strategies (ie. solar panels).

Transitional Master Bathroom

This floating vanity has pullout storage solutions for everything. Make up, lipstick, nail polish, rubbish, and everything one could keep in their bathroom vanity. We designed the mirrors to match and the tower unity on the side hold all the towels and the even a laundry hamper. The walk in shower, features a seat, recessed shelf a rain shower and hand shower.

123 Remodeling team designed and built this mid-sized transitional bathroom in Pilsen, Chicago. Our team removed the tub and replaced it with a functional walk-in shower that has a comfy bench and a niche in the knee wall. We also replaced the old cabinets with grey shaker style cabinetry.
