Master bath transformation

This historic home in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago was missing a main suite so we created one out of an adjacent bedroom. We contrasted modern elements with light, spa like materials and grounded the space with a modern walnut vanity placed between two bay windows.

In this project we remodeled 2 bathrooms completely. We found the bathroom after demolition and poor plumbing and electrical work that was done by another company that left the customer in the middle after they took from her most of the money. We corrected the plumbing and the electrical per code and we did all the work needed to complete the job. We also replaced partial of the roof.

A complete total home project which involves not only the kitchen area and the outdoor kitchen but the complete home furniture including bathrooms, living, bedrooms and wardrobes. L'Ottocento has realized a full tailor made project in our classic total white frame based on our elegant Floral Kitchen.

J&J bath for kids. Originally this space had no tile on the walls and floor was ceramic 8x10. By adding just a few extra details, USI was able to give this space an updated look.

Jet baths were included everywhere to relax after a day in the sun, at tennis or golf or on the water. The marble colors in all baths are different, as guests then get to experience different environments, yet feel special in their own.
