The white freestanding soaking tub with jet streams and stainless-steel fixtures is hidden away in the corner for a nice relaxing bath. The dark gray painted walls are outlined by white wainscoting panels along the bottom of the wall. The double hung windows sit right above the wainscoting and have shades for the bottom half of the window to allow for natural light to come in along with some privacy. The white tile flooring helps blend in the bottom part of the space creating a bright open feel to the room.

When developer called our design firm to help them with designing and selecting finishes for this beautiful 5000 square-foot house, we were so excited to be able to keep the tradition of a Spanish style home nestled in the foothills overlooking the entire valley of Los Angeles. The master bath had to be centered around a soaking tub, so we built a platform and position the vanities around it. A 9 foot walk-in shower is the perfect accompaniment across from the tub, and when you’re done in the master en suite you can walk to the bedroom out the French doors to watch the sunset setting On the downtown Los Angeles skyscrapers

Classic mid-century restoration that included a new gourmet kitchen, updated floor plan. 3 new full baths and many custom features.

This spacious bathroom also includes the laundry area serving as a convenient place to wash clothing. The new upper cabinet doors we built onsite in the shaker style to match the kitchen.

We did an inexpensive transformation for this hall bath. We framed the existing mirror and painted it. We painted the walls. We added pendant light. We added new faucets and white quartz countertop to the existing vanity.

This was a fun renovation, the clients wanted two incorporate some soft tones into the space, while also having colour and texture. We did a fun feature wall for the master bedroom, adding in the pop of yellow in the chairs. For the master bath, we mixed black and brass fixtures, along with a soft grey vanity, and utilizing our clients plants created a fun pop of pink that works perfectly in the space!

A fun and colorful bathroom with plenty of space. A traditional style bathtub and filler nestle in the angle of the wall and is surround by warm wood wainscotting. The stone shower walls add beautiful texture while 2 sides of glass enhance the open feeling in the bathroom.

We took our client's dated bathroom and transformed it into a picture-perfect half bath for their daughter. By increasing the depth of the shower and using bright white tile throughout, this space seems larger than it is, reflects lighting and offer a very open look. We opted for large format subway tile and a herringbone floor tile. The light gray grout makes this shower a bit easier to maintain and and of course custom low-iron glass provides a perfectly clear view.
