We added new white tile flooring to help offset the darker components. These same tiles were used half-way up the wall with traditional crown molding separating it from the beige painted walls. A beautiful quartz countertop was placed on top of the dark cherry wood vanity. Columns of drawers were installed to provide plenty of storage space for bathroom essentials and toiletries.

This was a fun renovation, the clients wanted two incorporate some soft tones into the space, while also having colour and texture. We did a fun feature wall for the master bedroom, adding in the pop of yellow in the chairs. For the master bath, we mixed black and brass fixtures, along with a soft grey vanity, and utilizing our clients plants created a fun pop of pink that works perfectly in the space!

При проектировании были решены достаточно сложные задачи устройства световых фонарей в крыше, увеличения имеющихся оконных проёмов. Благодаря этому, пространство стало совершенно уникальным. В квартире появился живой камин, водопад, настоящая баня на дровах, спортзал со специальным покрытием пола. На полах и в оформлении стен санузлов использована метлахская плитка с традиционным орнаментом. Мебель выполнена в основном по индивидуальному проекту. Технические решения, принятые при проектировании данного объекта, также стандартными не назовёшь. Здесь сложная система вентиляции, гидро и звукоизоляции, особенные приёмы при устройстве электрики и слаботочных сетей.

We added new white tile flooring to help offset the darker components. The shower and tub combo feature a glass sliding door, one wall of dark pebble tiles, and convenient shelving. Recessed lighting was added to provide better lighting while in the shower but also for the rest of the bathroom. It was smartly designed so that the light would shine off the stark white floor to brighten the whole space.

We continued the "Flat White" throughout the home and into the master bath. The inspiration was the herringbone marble tile. The bathroom is a large one with lots of room for a soaking tub and walk in shower complete with a heated floor, lighted mirrors, and a garage door style cabinet area for those items you need plugged in but don't want to see!
