Kingsmill Kitchens & Baths
Award-Winning Bathroom Design (1st Place) by Gary Potter, CKD, CBD. Featured in Better Homes & Gardens, September/October 2008 Edition.
These homeowners were tired of sharing a main bathroom with their two children and decided to renovate their home by adding a second floor to their 1950's Etobicoke bungalow. This allowed them to carve out a space for an ensuite bathroom.
The influence for this spa-like bathroom was inspired by a trip the homeowners recently returned from, where they celebrated an anniversary at a luxurious resort in Bali.
The natural elements and tones in this space, such as the cherry cabinetry, the river rock that flows from the shower to the vanity, the earthy granite countertop and threshold and natural light emitted from the skylight overhead all contribute to a feeling of serenity and relaxation.

Even Kiehl Remodeling
This guest cottage was once a horse barn that sat behind the farm house built sometime before 1836. In fact, the tub in the shower is an original concrete horse trough.
For this project we installed solid vinyl flooring and a glass splash guard for the shower. To offset the rustic feel the homeowner purchased flashy wall sconces. We also installed crackle wallpaper which is gorgeous alongside the classic pebble river rock tile outlining the shower.
Spaces Renewed
How can a space be both fun and functional? How can it have bling and be soothing? Look no further than this guest bath! The stark white cabinets, counters and wall tile set the stage perfectly for the bright punches of blue and teal. The concrete tiles offer pattern and personality, that complement the space, instead of competing with it. The modern chrome fixtures and the clean lines of the tub give this space a modern feel, while still maintaining the unique character this family of four was looking for.

A warm and earthy bathroom style is appreciated in the northeast. A fun beach-styled new shower with pebble tiles installed vertically is juxtaposed next to a new freestanding spa-like tub from American manufacturer MTI baths. Custom cherry vanities provide plenty of storage in this comfortable master bath remodeled for the homeowners personal retreat in their beautiful home.
Chi Renovation & Design
A new & improved bathroom, offering our client a locker room/spa feel. We wanted to maximize space, so we custom built shelves throughout the walls and designed a large but seamless shower. The shower is a Kohler DTV+ system complete with a 45-degree angle door, a steam component, therapy lighting, and speakers. Lastly, we spruced up all the tiles with a gorgeous satin finish - including the quartz curb, counter and shower seat.
Designed by Chi Renovation & Design who serve Chicago and it's surrounding suburbs, with an emphasis on the North Side and North Shore. You'll find their work from the Loop through Lincoln Park, Skokie, Wilmette, and all of the way up to Lake Forest.
