Cresswind Master Bathroom and Porch

Black marble tile with contrasting white grout and white-grayish mosaic on the floor create a modern sleek design for this small bathroom in the center-city townhouse. Half-wall provide extra-space for creative shower curtain solutions.

Simple clean design...in this master bathroom renovation things were kept in the same place but in a very different interpretation. The shower is where the exiting one was, but the walls surrounding it were taken out, a curbless floor was installed with a sleek tile-over linear drain that really goes away. A free-standing bathtub is in the same location that the original drop in whirlpool tub lived prior to the renovation. The result is a clean, contemporary design with some interesting "bling" effects like the bubble chandelier and the mirror rounds mosaic tile located in the back of the niche.

This bathroom remodel was designed by Nicole from our Windham showroom. This remodel features Cabico Essence cabinets with maple wood, Stretto door style (flat panel) and Bonavista (blue paint) finish. This remodel also features LG viatera Quartz countertop with Rococo color and standard edge. This also was used for shelves in the shower. The floor and shower walls is 12” x 24” by Mediterranean with Marmol Venatino color in honed. The shampoo niche is also in the same tile and color but in 2” x 2” size in honed. Other features includes Maax tub in white, Moen chrome faucet, Kohler Caxton white sink, Moen Chrome Showerhead, Moen Chrome Valve Trim, Moen Flara Chrome light fixture, Moen chrome Towel Ring, and Moen chrome double robe hook. The hardware is by Amerock with Chrome Handles and Knobs.

The new master bathroom features a beautiful accent wall and shampoo niche with a reclaimed wood look chevron tiles and patterned porcelain floor tiles, both from Spazio LA Tile Gallery. The distressed wood vanity and floating shelves from Signature Hardware completed the look, and the freestanding tub and skylight kept the place airy and bright. All fixtures are rubbed bronze from Newport Brass to go with the industrial look of the shelves and vanity.

The dual vanity in the master bathroom was designed with white Dura Supreme cabinetry, accented with polished chrome hardware, and topped with a smoked pearl quartz countertop. Modern accents include the two metal framed mirrors, and brushed nickel sconces by Capital Lighting. This bathroom, already decently sized, is made to look even bigger with the uniform, reflective tiling of the wall-to-wall 4″ x 12″ tile in a Pearl finish. It runs behind the vanity and the entire length of the wall into the shower, where it transitions into the same 4” x 12” tile but in an Aqua finish.

This master bath remodel features a beautiful corner tub inside a walk-in shower. The side of the tub also doubles as a shower bench and has access to multiple grab bars for easy accessibility and an aging in place lifestyle. With beautiful wood grain porcelain tile in the flooring and shower surround, and venetian pebble accents and shower pan, this updated bathroom is the perfect mix of function and luxury.

This home originally had a white tiled, sunken tub. This tub was no longer useful to the homeowner, so we raised it, put it in the corner and undermounted it beneath a slab of granite. Easier access for the homeowner. The granite then flows seamlessly into the frameless shower adjacent, to create the shower bench.
