As you make your way upstairs – you’ll catch a glimpse of this stunning Guest Bath. Koi fish and lily pads dance throughout the textural vinyl wall-covering. Adding elegance to the neutral hard surfaces and vanity. The selection of the wall-covering was a bit unexpected - Peggy had originally pulled the sample as a ‘wishful’ thought for the space – but to her surprise, the homeowners were instantly drawn to the design. It is gorgeous, whimsical, and even had fireflies…satisfying the client's love for insects. A perfect compromise!

Our Long Island studio designed this stunning home with bright neutrals and classic pops to create a warm, welcoming home with modern amenities. In the kitchen, we chose a blue and white theme and added leather high chairs to give it a classy appeal. Sleek pendants add a hint of elegance.
In the dining room, comfortable chairs with chequered upholstery create a statement. We added a touch of drama by painting the ceiling a deep aubergine. AJI also added a sitting space with a comfortable couch and chairs to bridge the kitchen and the main living space. The family room was designed to create maximum space for get-togethers with a comfy sectional and stylish swivel chairs. The unique wall decor creates interesting pops of color. In the master suite upstairs, we added walk-in closets and a twelve-foot-long window seat. The exquisite en-suite bathroom features a stunning freestanding tub for relaxing after a long day.

The bathroom was transformed into a standout feature of the cottage.
A custom curved floating mirror with backlighting was designed and created, showcasing unique wallpaper.
Shower tile design catered to the client's love for ceramics and featured flowing patterns leading towards brass fixtures.
A central focal point was the custom vanity, meticulously crafted with hand-laid wood and an attention-grabbing design.
From removing windows, adding french and dutch doors, to adding a new closet with a sliding custom door. The wallpaper was the inspiration of the space with texture grass cloth and custom painting. The furniture and textures, as well as styling in the space was a great touch to finish off the design.
NEXT PAIGE DESIGN
If there was an inspiration point for this powder room, it was the brass sink. The 'flowered wall' at the end of the room is actually a mirrored tile design surrounded by antiqued mirror tile rectangles. The fun dragon faucet compliments the owners art from Bali.

This charming traditional bathroom design evokes an old world style with a claw-foot white Kohler freestanding tub and polished nickel floor-mounted Hansgrohe tub filler and trim, all framed by beadboard wainscoting. The white Medallion vanity cabinet with feet perfectly complements the bathtub, while offering ample storage space, and is beautifully offset by Hafele undercabinet lighting. Two sinks with Moen faucets offer plenty of room for two people to get ready. The shower includes a mosaic tile border, rainfall showerhead, and Moen shower valve and trim. IVC Balterio laminate flooring in Columbian Ash with a dark finish brings warmth to the design.

It was fun to mix vintage fixtures, with a more whimsical wallpaper, offers an uplifting, transitional feel to the space. My client also wanted to incorporate orange colors as an accent.

Custom cabinetry in this primary mountain bathroom allows for customization like the make up vanity between the two sinks.

A clean and simple approach was favored in this 2015 Bloomfield Hills bathroom project. Polished white Thassos tile is mitered to give the illusion of solid blocks on the shower walls and tub surround. A custom mosaic tile from Waterworks in a traditional repeating pattern of stylized daisies adorns the tub wall and wraps around the transom window, harkening back to the home's classic prairie style. A floating mirror appears to hover over the floating vanity topped with a honed Illusion quartzite countertop. A built in makeup table is framed in solid walnut and features a recessed light above the mirror. Twin showers are symmetrically arranged on either side of the tub for pleasing balance and maximum functionality. A lighted, stepped ceiling adds vertical dimension and interest to the space.
