A Modern take on black and terracotta. This bathroom has large format tile with multi-metal penny tiles in-between and on the floor. The Crystal cabinet is a new leathered look laminate. The contrast on the dark and light were used to create depth and balance.

Contemporary bathroom renovation.

This dated rambler was begging to be updated and re-oriented to capture the stunning views of the lake. But oddly proportioned rooms made for awkward layouts, and the small windows hid most of the million dollar view. By completely reconsidering the layout of the main level, and incorporating some bold layout concepts (ahem, no door between bedroom and bathroom) we were able to deliver a space that ticked the function boxes for our homeowner, and delivered on his primary vision; bringing the outdoors, in!

The bathroom is mainly white with pops of smoked orange or terra cotta. The shower bench is rounded to maximize on floor space within this smaller bathroom. The custom storage unit has custom laundry drawers and hanging space.
