Making a statement in this powder room, we used stacked terra cotta tiles with thick mortar to shape a space for the carved stone pedestal sink. Arabesque tile makes a lacy pattern on the floor.

This look was inspired by bringing a nautical style up to date. The statement boat scene wallpaper sets the tone of the room contrasting beautifully with the slate grey fisherman's pendant light, tiles and accessories - bringing a more industrial edge to the theme.

A functional space with easy flow through this master bath into the custom closets also allowed for dual vessel vanity sinks, bath mirrors and traditional light fixtures. The patterned custom tile floor was designed to follow the layout of the bath fixtures which include a freestanding tub, custom shower and two tall utility cabinets for extra storage.
