The soft roman shades and fun plant container coordinate with the teal accent on the vintage clawfoot tub.

This powder room is bold through and through. Painted the same throughout in the same shade of blue, the vanity, walls, paneling, ceiling, and door create a bold and unique room. A classic take on a monotone palette in a small space.
Dynasty Bathrooms
This bathroom went from dark to bright!
Dark tiles along the walls and around the drop-in tub were removed and replaced with a freestanding bath and large walk-in shower complete with built-in bath bench and steam shower for those spa-like features.
The movement of the tub along with the vanity change to wall-mounted, opened up the room for a spacious feel.
Large high-gloss white tiles flow from the floors and all through to the shower with a seamless entry.
Extra features are the large custom mirror with built in medicine cabinets along each side and the laundry chute underneath the vanity.

The blue coloring of the walls is tied into the decor as well. The patterned shade for the window and the decorative china plates all create a cohesive blue accent.
Create Perfect
From the main entry to the house you can also now access a good size boot room with fitted storage and a small WC with a toilet and storage vanity. We really made a statement in here with a lovely dramatic wallpaper that works on the overall colour theme for the home.

A custom concrete sink with wall mounted faucet to accommodate this narrow powder room. Applied molding paneling was added to elevate this powder room, sweet and small area.

This cloakroom had an awkward vaulted ceiling and there was not a lot of room. I knew I wanted to give my client a wow factor but retaining the traditional look she desired.
I designed the wall cladding to come higher as I dearly wanted to wallpaper the ceiling to give the vaulted ceiling structure. The taupe grey tones sit well with the warm brass tones and the rock basin added a subtle wow factor

Having three bathrooms to work with made the creative process much easier. For the lower level, we wanted to incorporate a frameless glass design that we had success with on this previous project: https://www.houzz.com/photos/the-nall-hills-project-transitional-bathroom-kansas-city-phvw-vp~143645905
