The master bath was dressed up with a new capiz shell chandelier over the tub, custom drapes with a patterned black and gold drapery trim and a remote controlled woven window shade. The bathroom was further enhanced with antique gold plumbing fixtures and cabinet hardware, which contrast beautifully against the dark cabinets. Custom mirror frames were added to fill the space over the vanity, while black and gold wall sconces add a touch of sophistication.

Although the footprint stayed the same, the functionality and storage were greatly improved, along with all the surfaces and fixtures.

Total renovation of an existing ensuite bath. Soaking tub was replaced with a freestanding tub situated in-between two windows for a relaxing soak! The wonderful finishes and tile details at the glass enclosed shower tie the space together beautifully.

This bathroom has some many cute storage ideas. There is a built-in makeup counter with open shelving for your towels and accessories. It is a great use of space! A secondary hand-held shower in matte black is mounted on a pole providing flexible height options near the bench seat. The long supply line insures that the shower is easily cleaned and is handy for bathing a pet too. Tile in soothing spa colors complete the shower.

The homeowners wanted to improve the layout and function of their tired 1980’s bathrooms. The master bath had a huge sunken tub that took up half the floor space and the shower was tiny and in small room with the toilet. We created a new toilet room and moved the shower to allow it to grow in size. This new space is far more in tune with the client’s needs. The kid’s bath was a large space. It only needed to be updated to today’s look and to flow with the rest of the house. The powder room was small, adding the pedestal sink opened it up and the wallpaper and ship lap added the character that it needed
