Sometimes the cost of painting an existing vanity vs. a new vanity isn't only the cost of the labor, fixing the old doors, the inside shelves were in poor condition, and the overall space the vanity provided was sub par...so we did replace the vanity and they have so much more functioning space. We did however paint the linen cabinet and the adjoining wall, and it really makes it look built it. I think this transformation is a home run!!!

This residence started out as a standard production home. We completely transformed the typical tub and walk in shower to a full sized wet area. Here we used a polished porcelain tile that replicates the elegance of marble. The floor is comprised of river rock (a pebble style tile), which helps elevate the the modern look around it. The main floor tile is also a porcelain tile which replicates natural stone. The library is organized neatly, still keeping with the sleek and sharp look of the other parts of the home. There is even a hidden doorway!

The black ladder radiator by Zehnder not only provides enough heat to keep the chill off, it also keeps towels nice and warm whilst you're in the shower. The shower now has a curbless entry, large seat, glass surround and personalized niche. All new fixtures and lighting. Large format porcelain tiles are on the walls in a wave relief pattern that bring the beach inside. The counter-top is stunning with a waterfall edge over the vanity in soft wisps of warm earth tones made of easy care engineered quartz. This homeowner now loves getting ready for their day.

The master bathroom remodel was done in continuation of the color scheme that was done throughout the house. Large format tile was used for the floor to eliminate as many grout lines and to showcase the large open space that is present in the bathroom. All 3 walls were tiles with large format tile as well with 3 decorative lines running in parallel with 1 tile spacing between them. The deck of the tub that also acts as the bench in the shower was covered with the same quartz stone material that was used for the vanity countertop, notice for its running continuously from the vanity to the waterfall to the tub deck and its step. Another great use for the countertop was the ledge of the shampoo niche.
