Freestanding bathtub on a plinth with LED lighting details underneath, wall mounted vanity with integrated washbasin and wall mounted basin mixer, wall hung toilet, walk-in shower with concealed shower valves.

The client wanted to add a portion of glam to her existing Master Bath. Construction involved removing the soffit and florescent lighting over the vanity. During Construction, I recessed a smaller TV behind the mirror and recessed the articulating arm make up mirror. 4" LED lighting and sconces flanking the mirror were added. After painting, new over-sized gold hardware was added to the sink, vanity area and closet doors. After installing a new bench and rug, her glamorous Master Bath was complete. Photo by Jonn Spradlin

AMG Architects, together with the owners of this circa 1910 weatherboard home, created smart, free flowing spaces that reflected the owners’ style, character and sophistication while remaining sympathetic to the home’s period origins. The completely remodeled kitchen and dining space is set off by a stunning 3.4m long Stone Italian “Cristal” island bench which draws the eye to subtly defining the kitchen and dining spaces. A feature glass and aluminium cabinet, containing the owners’ precious glassware and crockery collections, is a striking example of the creative partnership that defined this renovation. Likewise, a chance spotting of some stylish chartreuse-green tiles in a design magazine set the creative wheels in motion for the creation of two luxurious ensuites. From the striking green marble floor tiles to the large frameless glass shower recess, oversized window, cleverly designed niches, and luxurious rain shower, the master ensuite exudes sophistication. AMG Architects’ signature louvered window design creates a sense of flowing spaces, improving the natural light and air flow. Throughout, it is the personal touches that enliven this property with a unique character and spirit.

This elegant 3/4 bath masterfully combines subtle and classy finishes. Satin brass hardware, plumbing fixtures, sconce light fixture, and mirror frame inlay add a bit of sparkle to the muted colors of the white oak vanity and the pale green floor tiles. Shower tile from Ann Sacks, Cambria countertop and backsplash, Phillip Jeffries wallpaper and bulit-in, custom white oak niche and shelves.

This contemporary bathroom has green toned porcelain tile from the Sartoria collections. There are many colors and styles available.

This ensuite shower room has a large shower which has been decorated with green and white geometric tiles - the tiles are also continued on the floor and splashback. In contrast all the shower fittings, taps and even towel rail are black to make the room feel really contemporary.

The bathroom reflects a delicate color palette that the owners were drawn to. The color selection provided more visual interest to the small room while making it appear larger.
