The goal for this home was to maximize the views of the lake and this three-story home does just that. With multi-level porches and an abundance of windows facing the water. The exterior reflects character, timelessness, and architectural details to create a traditional waterfront home. The exterior details include curved gable rooflines, crown molding, limestone accents, cedar shingles, arched limestone head garage doors, corbels, and an arched covered porch. Objectives of this home were open living and abundant natural light. This waterfront home provides space to accommodate entertaining, while still living comfortably for two. The interior of the home is distinguished as well as comfortable. Graceful pillars at the covered entry lead into the lower foyer. We installed tile wainscoting to keep with the traditional Arts & Crafts architecture of the home, and added white glass pendant lights and custom curved mirrors for a balance of contemporary and traditional. Enlarged windows, deep tub, and pale colors instill this calm sanctuary with natural light. Statuary marble floors and handmade ceramic tiles keep the design timeless while enriching every moment spent in the bathroom.

The stunningly pretty mosaic Fired Earth Palazzo tile is the feature of this room. They are as chic as the historic Italian buildings they are inspired by. The Matki enclosure in gold is an elegant centrepiece, complemented by the vintage washstand which has been lovingly redesigned from a Parisian sideboard.

Large scale porcelain tiles replicating Calcutta marble add a rich, classic, and timeless look to the bathroom.

The beautiful emerald tile really makes this remodel pop! For this project, we started with a new deep soaking tub, shower niche, and Latricrete Hydro-Ban waterproofing. The finishes included emerald green subway tile, Kohler Brass fixtures, and a Kohler sliding shower door. We finished up with a few final touches to the mirror, lighting, and towel rods.

A simple brass mirror and large sconces adds a lot of style and a bit of glamor.

We had already remodeled this clients kitchen and it still looks beautiful. Now it was time to update the baths. The hall bath was a simple freshen up with new everything . A new tub with tiled walls and niche, tiled floors, vanity, granite top, and all new fixtures and accessories bring the hall bath back to life. The Master bath was a little more involved; a larger shower with seat and niche was designed along with a free standing tub. The tiled shower looks great and the Frameless glass surround lets in all the light and helps keep the bathroom feeling open and spacious. The new vanity has double bowls, drawers, and a tower for plenty of storage.
