This couple’s main request was for a calming spa like ensuite bath.
The original floor plan was not changed but all the finishes and fixtures were replaced. Porcelain tile, glass and stone mosaic tile, custom vanities, new plumbing fixtures, shower and mirrors and lights replaced the builder grade materials. The new spa-like colour scheme and custom vanity table finished the room off – mission accomplished!

This large shower has two water sources, one from above and a mobile one attached to the wall. There is a built in shower bench and an accent tile stripe running through the wall. The shower walls are glass and the door is hinged.

These hand-made Alder wood cabinets fit perfectly in the space allowed, and gave a lot of storage space not found in the original bathroom. Linen cabinets on either side of the vanity are 21" deep, and to the left of the sink is a pull-out trash.

This bathroom needed some updates to achieve the modern, trendy look desired by its owners. The star features in this space are the sleek new hanging wall - mounted cabinets which are both storage efficient and stylish; their dark chocolate color also perfectly offsets the cream walls and floor. The room also features a freestanding tub, which is delicately lit by water glass windows. And for those who prefer to stand, the spacious shower features sliding glass doors, two shower heads, and a beautiful mosaic tile floor.
Elegant and relaxing, this bathroom is now the perfect place for some at-home spa time.
