Our clients called us wanting to not only update their master bathroom but to specifically make it more functional. She had just had knee surgery, so taking a shower wasn’t easy. They wanted to remove the tub and enlarge the shower, as much as possible, and add a bench. She really wanted a seated makeup vanity area, too. They wanted to replace all vanity cabinets making them one height, and possibly add tower storage. With the current layout, they felt that there were too many doors, so we discussed possibly using a barn door to the bedroom. We removed the large oval bathtub and expanded the shower, with an added bench. She got her seated makeup vanity and it’s placed between the shower and the window, right where she wanted it by the natural light. A tilting oval mirror sits above the makeup vanity flanked with Pottery Barn “Hayden” brushed nickel vanity lights. A lit swing arm makeup mirror was installed, making for a perfect makeup vanity! New taller Shiloh “Eclipse” bathroom cabinets painted in Polar with Slate highlights were installed (all at one height), with Kohler “Caxton” square double sinks. Two large beautiful mirrors are hung above each sink, again, flanked with Pottery Barn “Hayden” brushed nickel vanity lights on either side. Beautiful Quartzmasters Polished Calacutta Borghini countertops were installed on both vanities, as well as the shower bench top and shower wall cap. Carrara Valentino basketweave mosaic marble tiles was installed on the shower floor and the back of the niches, while Heirloom Clay 3x9 tile was installed on the shower walls. A Delta Shower System was installed with both a hand held shower and a rainshower. The linen closet that used to have a standard door opening into the middle of the bathroom is now storage cabinets, with the classic Restoration Hardware “Campaign” pulls on the drawers and doors. A beautiful Birch forest gray 6”x 36” floor tile, laid in a random offset pattern was installed for an updated look on the floor. New glass paneled doors were installed to the closet and the water closet, matching the barn door. A gorgeous Shades of Light 20” “Pyramid Crystals” chandelier was hung in the center of the bathroom to top it all off! The bedroom was painted a soothing Magnetic Gray and a classic updated Capital Lighting “Harlow” Chandelier was hung for an updated look. We were able to meet all of our clients needs by removing the tub, enlarging the shower, installing the seated makeup vanity, by the natural light, right were she wanted it and by installing a beautiful barn door between the bathroom from the bedroom! We remodeled this outdated bathroom transforming it into a new bathroom paradise. The new barrier free walk-in shower is a great new focal point. The tile design and installation are awesome. The porcelain tiles do a great job mimicking true marble without the downsides of natural stone. The simple lines to the new Fieldstone cabinetry in Inset construction with the Charlaine door style In Dove painted finish pop against the new blue painted walls. Nu heat under tile heated floors and new heated towel bars make sure your nice and warm when getting in and out of the shower. The shower bench seat and new vanity countertop are MSI Quartz in Calacatta Classique match the shower tiles seamlessly. The single glass panel in the shower prevents water from going outside the shower without detracting from the large open feel of the bathroom.

This remodel project was a complete overhaul taking the existing bathroom down to the studs and floor boards. Includes custom cabinet, marble countertop, mirror / sconce lighting / cabinet pulls from Rejuvenation. Sink and faucet from Ferguson's. Green cabinet color is by Dunn Edwards.

A beautifully remodeled primary bathroom ensuite inspired by the homeowner’s European travels. This spacious bathroom was dated and had a cold cave like shower. The homeowner desired a beautiful space with a European feel, like the ones she discovered on her travels to Europe. She also wanted a privacy door separating the bathroom from her bedroom. The designer opened up the closed off shower by removing the soffit and dark cabinet next to the shower to add glass and let light in. Now the entire room is bright and airy with marble look porcelain tile throughout. The archway was added to frame in the under-mount tub. The double vanity in a soft gray paint and topped with Corian Quartz compliments the marble tile. The new chandelier along with the chrome fixtures add just the right amount of luxury to the room. Now when you come in from the bedroom you are enticed to come in and stay a while in this beautiful space.

It was a fun remodel. We started with a blank canvas and went through several designs until the homeowner decided. We all agreed, it was the perfect design. We removed the old shower and gave the owner a spa-like seating area. We installed a Steamer in the shower, with a marble slab bench seat. We installed a Newport shower valve with a handheld sprayer. Four small LED lights surrounding a 24" Rain-Shower in the ceiling. We installed two top-mounted sink-bowls, with wall-mounted faucets.

Beautiful relaxing freestanding tub surrounded by luxurious elements such as Carrera marble tile flooring and brushed gold bath filler. Our favorite feature is the custom functional ledge below the window!

The vanity uses open shelving and closed cabinets to maximize storage and meet the functional needs of the client. A palette of greys and whites is contrasted with matte black fixtures throughout.
