The after bathroom is more open, spacious and beautiful: - A larger shower with two shower heads and a bench. - A free standing modern tub with a granite shelf to accommodate bath accessories. - Storage cabinets on top of the vanity to store daily used personal items.

This couple loved Mexico and were inspired by the vessel sink that they brought back with them from a trip. The bathroom/laundry room was long and thin. It needed cabinetry to hide the laundry supplies and the functionality of the dual space.

The guest powder room on the first floor has white crown molding and wainscoting contrasted with wine colored walls, as well as an ornate custom vanity with marble counters, bronze fixtures, hardwood floors and a wood plank ceiling.
