Questo bagno dallo stile contemporaneo ha come colori predominanti il grigio e il bianco. Il grigio lo troviamo nel rivestimento della doccia e nella porzione di pavimento in corrispondenza dei sanitari, il bianco nella superficie rimanente e nel mobile. Il pavimento è in parquet in legno di rovere naturale.

Die Anpassung des Innenraums war eine Herausforderung, da der ursprüngliche Raum (derzeit 140 m2) der Wohnung nur ein Teil des ursprünglichen Grundrisses aus der Vorkriegszeit ist, der etwa dreimal so groß war. Die vordere repräsentative Wohnung vor dem Zweiten Weltkrieg bestand aus mehreren großen Gästezimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Raum für Bedienstete, Kücheneinrichtungen usw. Nach der Nachkriegsaufteilung verloren einige Räume ihre Funktion oder wurden chaotisch und hastig angepasst. Aus diesem Grund war eine der Annahmen der von Agi Kuczyńska entworfenen neuen Adaption die umfassende Rekonstruktion des Innenraums und dessen sinnvolle Funktion: Küche und Esszimmer wurden in den größten Raum verlegt. An die Stelle der ehemaligen Küche tritt jetzt ein eigenes Bad, dessen Eingang im Einbauschrank im Schlafzimmer des Eigentümers versteckt ist und für die Gäste unzugänglich und unsichtbar ist.

With new finishes, fixtures, flooring and cabinetry, we moved walls, windows and even relocated the shower to incorporate a soaking tub for clients who asked for a primary bathroom with ultimate relaxation potential.

This dated Master Bathroom went from dark, neutral, and lackluster to bright, modern, and luxurious by adding modern elements including custom board and batten, and marble tile. We updated the vanity and repainted cabinets, added new hardware and fixtures, and extended the shower to create space for “his and hers” shower heads. The adjacent floating tub sits caddy-cornered to the rest of the bathroom, with a matte black faucet and wand. This modern navy blue bathroom will soon be a reference point for every model in their neighborhood!
