En Suite bathrooms are wonderful spaces that don't have to lack style. The all in one basin and worktop by Utopia is a smooth and practical option. With its clean lines and crisp white colour, it opens up this small space beautifully. Having the gloss furniture is another way of creating a sense of space. The fitted furniture comprises of a cupboard for storage and the toilet unit which holds the toilet cistern. A great space saver. The splashback around the worktop and basin is made up from wet wall panels that were also used in the shower area. Easy to wipe down and clean whilst looking great! HiB's Boundary mirror provides plenty of illumination with its LED lights. It also has an integrated heat pad to demist, no more steamed up or smeared mirrors!!

The clients wanted to create a visual impact whilst still ensuring the space was relaxed and useable. The project consisted of two bathrooms in a loft style conversion; a small en-suite wet room and a larger bathroom for guest use. We kept the look of both bathrooms consistent throughout by using the same tiles and fixtures. The overall feel is sensual due to the dark moody tones used whilst maintaining a functional space. This resulted in making the clients’ day-to-day routine more enjoyable as well as providing an ample space for guests.

After remodeling their Kitchen last year, we were honored by a request to remodel this cute and tiny little. guest bathroom. Wood looking tile gave the natural serenity of a spa and dark floor tile finished the look with a mid-century modern / Asian touch.

La salle d'eau principale a été conçue pour allier esprit de design, et prestations luxueuses. De grands carreaux de marbre, avec des finitions dorées, s'associent au design graphique du carrelage du sol. Un banc ultra design, et de grands tableaux habillent le mur comme dans un salon. Le meuble double vasque permet de se préparer en couple.

When a client's son reached out wanting to remodel two bathrooms I was so excited because, one I loved their style, and two it meant I got to continue the relationship. They just had a baby and to brave remodeling in a pandemic was mind blowing. We did some creative consults, but Landmark Remodeling and the PID pulled it off.

The homeowners wanted a simple, clean, modern bathroom. Sounds straightforward enough. But with a tight budget, a funky layout and a requirement not to move any plumbing, it was more of a puzzle than expected. Good thing we like puzzles! We added a wall to separate the bathroom from the master, installed a ‘tub with a view,’ and put in a free-standing vanity and glass shower to provide a sense of openness. The before pictures don’t begin to showcase the craziness that existed at the start, but we’re thrilled with the finish!
