Innovative Design Build was hired to renovate a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the prestigious Symphony building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project included a full renovation of the kitchen, guest bathroom and primary bathroom. We also did small upgrades throughout the remainder of the property. The goal was to modernize the property using upscale finishes creating a streamline monochromatic space. The customization throughout this property is vast, including but not limited to: a hidden electrical panel, popup kitchen outlet with a stone top, custom kitchen cabinets and vanities. By using gorgeous finishes and quality products the client is sure to enjoy his home for years to come.

Master bathroom

A traditional style home brought into the new century with modern touches. the space between the kitchen/dining room and living room were opened up to create a great room for a family to spend time together rather it be to set up for a party or the kids working on homework while dinner is being made. All 3.5 bathrooms were updated with a new floorplan in the master with a freestanding up and creating a large walk-in shower.

Some of the nicest travertine we've ever seen. Once the slabs are installed, we follow with colour matched epoxy, sanded smooth to match the surrounding marble. The stone is then thoroughly cleaned and sealed, ready to be enjoyed.

Perched on the highest, most eastern corner of the home, the ensuite enjoys uninterrupted views to the landscape beyond.

We converted a master walk in closet, master bathroom and part of a kitchen into a master bathroom sanctuary. The home owners wanted to have an oversized luxury shower, an abundance of storage and a clean modern look.
