Early 1900's farmhouse, literal farm house redesigned for the business to use as their corporate meeting center. This remodel included taking the existing bathrooms bedrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, and wrap around porch and creating a functional space for corporate meeting and gatherings. The integrity of the home was kept put as each space looks as if it could have been designed this way since day one.

Empire style pocket doors between bathroom and dressing room

Innovative Design Build was hired to renovate a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the prestigious Symphony building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project included a full renovation of the kitchen, guest bathroom and primary bathroom. We also did small upgrades throughout the remainder of the property. The goal was to modernize the property using upscale finishes creating a streamline monochromatic space. The customization throughout this property is vast, including but not limited to: a hidden electrical panel, popup kitchen outlet with a stone top, custom kitchen cabinets and vanities. By using gorgeous finishes and quality products the client is sure to enjoy his home for years to come.

As part of a new build, I was commissioned to design the kitchen, scullery, bathrooms, sauna, and staircase in this new home. This room, which is a powder and sauna space. this high-end home spa leaves nothing to be desired. the huge windows let in an abundance of natural light and air, but allow for privacy at the touch of a button. the toilet is placed cleverly and the sink has plenty of storage space in the integrated cabinet. this hypermodern, beige marbled bathroom is inviting and gave this family home a huge market boost!
