The walls where moved and space was redesigned to borrow space from an adjoining bedroom to create this white tiled oasis. It's turquoise ceiling, silver clawfoot tub, vintage style tile wrapping the whole room and glamorous accents make this a bathroom fit for a queen.

The overall layout of this west Chelsea penthouse did not change significantly but all storage, kitchen, and bathroom finishes were completely re-designed. Ceilings were raised and openings widened to create a flow between spaces. Custom millwork is clad in blackened steel and plywood doors provide another industrial accent. The kitchen’s minimalism is heightened by the use of stainless steel for all surfaces and appliances with a blackened steel backsplash. Photos by Alan Tansey

We tore out the tub and made walk in shower. Custom vanity with white quartz top. Pullout drawers are perfect for hair products and everything a young girl needs for storage.
We chose light gray wall color and plank tile. Bathroom is soft and feminine.

Our House Your Home
A full bathroom in a small space comes with its own set of challenges; our number one objective was to make it feel larger, airy, and brighter. We wanted to create a desirable, spa-like environment that the homeowners would feel rejuvenated in.

POOL BATH - If the lean 3x10 white subway tile didn't catch your eye or the Wooden White colored Athens Grey Honed Ovals Mosaic floor grab your attention...the floor tile will surely be noticed. We used a tile by Adex in the white square tile with wood pickets. Isn't it fun?
Schulte Design Build
Our clients needed to update the main bathroom for their families growing needs. We removed the bathtub and added a glass shower door to open up the small space and make it feel larger.
