This bathroom had such a dark and dated look to it. The client wanted all modern looks, granite and tile to the bathroom. The footprint did not change but the remodel is day and night. Photos by Preview First.

Here is a beautiful Cherry Bath vanity with center linen cabinet, appliance door w/GFCI outlet inside, matching mirrors, Travertine top, Kohler sinks, 8" widespread faucets and Kitchler lighting.

This guest bathroom only needed minor changes in order to achieve the updated look our clients wanted. We started by retiling the shower walls, which are now covered with contemporary gray tiles complete with four new corner shelves! For an added luxury, we placed a freestanding teak bench inside the walk-in shower, which offers additional function and a unique contrast of elements. Our last touch was installing brand new quartz countertops - which was one of our favorite touches as the quartz showcases a unique design that really makes a powerful but timeless statement. If the exterior of a house is its face the interior is its heart. The house designed in the hacienda style was missing the matching interior. We created a wonderful combination of Spanish color scheme and materials with amazing furniture style vanity and oil rubbed bronze fixture. The floors are made of 4 different sized chiseled edge travertine and the wall tiles are 3"x6" notche travertine subway tiles with a chair rail finish on top. the final touch to make this powder room feel bigger then it is are the mirrors hanging on the walls creating a fun effect of light bouncing from place to place. This Master Bathroom was updated by removing the outdated built-in tub, the shower was opened up and appears larger because of the clear glass panel. We accomplished a Mediterranean feeling by utilizing natural travertine stone and glass accent tile.
