A collection of vintage hand mirrors is displayed against custom red and white wallpaper in this powder room. The pedestal sink echoes the shapes of the mirrors and makes the room feel more spacious.

The first floor hall bath departs from the Craftsman style of the rest of the house for a clean contemporary finish. The steel-framed vanity and shower doors are focal points of the room. The white subway tiles extend from floor to ceiling on all 4 walls, and are highlighted with black grout. The dark bronze fixtures accent the steel and complete the industrial vibe. The transom window in the shower provides ample natural light and ventilation.

Overlook of the bathroom, shower, and toilet. Beautiful bath remodels for a dramatic look. We installed a frameless shower. White free-standing sink and one-piece toilet. We added beautiful bath ceramic tiles to complete the desired style. A bench seat was installed in the shower to support hygiene rituals. A towel warmer in the bathroom gives immense relaxation and pleasure. The final look was great and trendy

This painted master bathroom was designed and made by Tim Wood. One end of the bathroom has built in wardrobes painted inside with cedar of Lebanon backs, adjustable shelves, clothes rails, hand made soft close drawers and specially designed and made shoe racking. The vanity unit has a partners desk look with adjustable angled mirrors and storage behind. All the tap fittings were supplied in nickel including the heated free standing towel rail. The area behind the lavatory was boxed in with cupboards either side and a large glazed cupboard above. Every aspect of this bathroom was co-ordinated by Tim Wood. Juxtaposing modern silhouettes with traditional coastal textures, this Cape Cod condo strikes the perfect balance. Neutral tones in the common area are accented by pops of orange and yellow. A geometric navy wallcovering in the guest bedroom nods to ocean currents while an unexpected powder room print is sure to catch your eye.

The theme that this owner conveyed for their bathroom was “Boho Garden Shed” To achieve that, space between the bedroom and bath that was being used as a walk thru closet was captured to expand the square footage. The room went from 44 sq. ft to 96, allowing for a separate soaking tub and walk in shower. New closet cabinets were added to the bedroom to make up for the loss. An existing HVAC run located inside the original closet had to be incorporated into the design, so a small closet accessed by a barn style door was built out and separates the two custom barnwood vanities in the new bathroom space. A jeweled green-blue hexagon tile installed in a random pattern achieved the boho look that the owner was seeking. Combining it with slate look black floor tile, rustic barnwood, and mixed finishes on the fixtures, the bathroom achieved the garden shed aspect of the concept.

Z Collection Candy ceramic tile in ‘Ocean’ is used for the lower half of the walk-in shower and the upper is from Daltile Miramo Fan Mosaic in ‘Aqua’.
