１階のトイレは高級感を出すために床にはリビングダイニングと同じ、リアルな大理石調の大形セラミックを採用、一面の壁には全面をブラック色の高級なガラスモザイクタイルを貼りました。手洗い器を壁内部にビルトインしブラック色に統一したので一体感がでました。

Instead of being builder grade, these clients wanted to stand out so we did some wallpaper that resembles tree trunks, and a little pop of green with the vanity all with transitional fixtures.

This single family home had been recently flipped with builder-grade materials. We touched each and every room of the house to give it a custom designer touch, thoughtfully marrying our soft minimalist design aesthetic with the graphic designer homeowner’s own design sensibilities. One of the most notable transformations in the home was opening up the galley kitchen to create an open concept great room with large skylight to give the illusion of a larger communal space.

The toilet is tiny, but cosy. We wanted to make it stand out by putting some elaborate wallpaper on, with washable paint underneath. A brass old mirror, connects the old and new.

This Fieldstone bathroom vanity in a Moss Green using a the Commerce door style with decorative bottom. Client paired this with wonderful wallpaper and brass accents.
