Nest Designs created the floor-plan for this master bathroom, designed the floating vanities and selected all the finish materials for this space. The passage between the two vanities leads to the toilet on the left (behind the closed door) and the master shower on the right (not pictured). Just beyond those walls is the entrance to the master closet. The wall mounted, custom designed vanities allowed us to use LED tape on the bottom of the cabinets. The homeowner can leave the LED lights on in the evening for use as a night light to guide the way through the bathroom. My client asked for lighted mirrors and I sourced out the Electric Mirrors for this project. I think these mirrors are the perfect size and look for the space. 12x24 Zera tile was used on the floor. We used TECH cable lighting overhead, quartz counter-tops, top mounted sinks, Brizo faucets and brushed nickel drawer pulls. This bathroom has great flow from one area into another. From the initial consultation call & property-visit, this Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego whole-home remodel was a collaborative effort between LionCraft Construction & our clients. As a Design & Build firm, we were able to utilize our design expertise and 44+ years of construction experience to help our clients achieve the home of their dreams. Through initial communication about texture, materials and style preferences, we were able to locate specific products and services that resulted in a gorgeous farmhouse design job with a modern twist, taking advantage of the bones of the home and some creative solutions to the clients’ existing problems.

Our clients hired us to design their second home in Northern Michigan; a place they could relax, unwind and enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer. Their main residence is in St. Louis, Missouri and they first came to Northern Michigan on vacation with friends. They fell in love with the area and ultimately purchased property in the Walloon area. In addition to the lot they build their home on, they also purchased the lot next door to have plenty of room to garden. The finished product includes a large, open area great room and kitchen, master bedroom and laundry on the main level as well as two guest bedrooms; laundry and a large living area in the walk-out lower level. The large upper deck as well as lower patio offer plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and their lovely view of beautiful Walloon lake.

Marble slabs on both the floor and shower walls take this sumptuous all-white bathroom to the next level. The existing peek-a-boo window frames the San Francisco bay view. The custom built-in cabinetry with a pretty vanity and ample mirrors allow for perfect makeup application. The bespoke fixtures complete the look.
