The kids bathroom was part of the addition along with two children's bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The black and white patterned flooring sets the tone, with a bold green tile in the bathtub/shower combination. A fun geometric black tile was used above each vanity, giving each child their own area. A veined gray quartz was used for the countertops and black matte fixtures compliments the look.

The master bath is a true oasis, with white marble on the floor, countertop and backsplash, in period-appropriate subway and basket-weave patterns. Wall and floor-mounted chrome fixtures at the sink, tub and shower provide vintage charm and contemporary function. Chrome accents are also found in the light fixtures, cabinet hardware and accessories. The heated towel bars and make-up area with lit mirror provide added luxury. Access to the master closet is through the wood 5-panel pocket door.

Through a series of remodels, the home owners have been able to create a home they truly love. Both baths have traditional white and black tile work with two-toned walls bringing in warmth and character. The marble tile on the floor of this bathroom flows up the walls, as well, including the shower surround. Even the floor of this curbless walk-in shower is tiny Italian marble tiles. A glass partition with frosted border assures the luxury view is unobstructed!
